A little Shaughnessy history

Shaughnessy was launched in 1907 as an exclusive CPR subdivision, named after railway president Sir Thomas Shaughnessy, with curving streets designed by landscape architect Frederick Todd and homes required to cost at least $6,000 — six times the average of the day. First Shaughnessy became a protected heritage area in 1982, and grand estates like the 30- room Hycroft Manor (1911) still define it.

Cleaning built for Shaughnessy estates

Shaughnessy is large heritage estate homes on oversized lots — Tudor, Georgian, and Arts & Crafts mansions with the kind of detail that rewards a careful, systems-based approach. We bring our own professional-grade equipment, follow a structured process, and price flat-rate by the size and complexity of the home. Recurring maid service, deep cleans, and move-out cleaning all included.

Around the neighbourhood

Shaughnessy is unlike anywhere else in Vancouver, and we clean its grand homes with the care they deserve. From the estates along The Crescent — the curving park ringed with rare trees — to the mansions on Angus Drive and McRae Avenue, our cleaners are trusted in the city's most exclusive streets. VanDusen Botanical Garden borders the neighbourhood to the west, and the historic 30-room Hycroft Manor remains a landmark. For homes of this scale and detail, our flat-rate house cleaning and maid service deliver consistent, estate-level results every visit.
