Framework Property Care – Website Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the Framework Property Care website and the booking of services through the website or related communication channels. By accessing the website, submitting a booking request, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use the website or book services.

1. Company Information

Framework Property Care (“Framework,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides professional property care and cleaning services in the areas we operate.

2. Use of Website

You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. You may not:

  • Misrepresent property details

  • Submit false or misleading booking information

  • Interfere with website functionality

  • Use the website to solicit or compete with our services

We may suspend or refuse service at our discretion.

3. Services Offered

Framework provides property care services including, but not limited to:

  • Residential and condo cleaning

  • Move-in / move-out cleaning

  • Deep cleaning services

  • Common area and light commercial cleaning

The exact scope of work is confirmed in writing before service (booking confirmation, estimate, invoice, or email). Services outside the agreed scope are not included unless approved in advance and may result in additional charges.

4. Pricing & Quotes

  • Pricing is provided as a flat rate or agreed project rate unless stated otherwise.

  • Quotes are based on the information provided by the client regarding property size, condition, and service type.

  • Framework reserves the right to adjust pricing if the actual conditions differ from what was described or if incorrect booking options were selected.

  • Rates are valid only for the scheduled service date.

5. Booking, Access & Preparation

Clients must provide:

  • Safe and timely access to the property

  • Functional utilities such as water and electricity

If our team is unable to access the property due to locked doors, incorrect access codes, or lack of authorization, 100% of the quoted service fee may be charged.

For service efficiency:

  • Floors must be reasonably clear of clothing and personal items

  • Surfaces that are 75% cluttered will not be cleaned

  • Kitchen sinks must be empty to be cleaned and polished

  • Dishwashing, if requested, is charged at a flat rate of $15

6. Pets

  • Pet hair cleaning is available for a $50 flat rate (vacuuming only).

  • Pet accidents are not included.

  • Pets should be secured away from areas being cleaned when possible.

7. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 48 hours’ notice.

  • Less than 48 hours’ notice may result in a fee of up to 50%.

  • Same-day cancellations or denied access may result in full service charges.

Framework may reschedule services due to weather, safety issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

8. Payment Terms

Accepted payment methods include:

  • E-transfer

  • Credit card

  • Debit card

  • Approved electronic payment methods

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.

Late payments:

  • Invoices unpaid after 7 days may incur a 2% monthly fee

  • Future services may be suspended until balances are paid

  • Clients are responsible for reasonable collection costs

9. Insurance & Liability

Framework maintains general liability insurance and is responsible for its personnel and equipment during service.

We are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Improperly secured or fragile items

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Framework’s total liability for any claim related to services or website use shall not exceed the total amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Framework, its employees, contractors, and agents from claims arising out of:

  • Misrepresentation of property conditions

  • Unsafe environments

  • Breach of these Terms

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the province in which the services are performed.

13. Acceptance

By using this website or booking services with Framework Property Care, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
