A little Yaletown history

Yaletown takes its name from the CPR rail workers who relocated here from Yale, BC, after the False Creek bridges went in around 1889. The City laid out an eight-block warehouse district in 1900, and those brick warehouses along Mainland and Hamilton Street — once heavy industry — are now the loft-lined heart of one of Vancouver's most stylish neighbourhoods.

Cleaning built for Yaletown lofts & condos

Yaletown is a mix of heritage loft conversions and modern glass condos, and we tailor each clean to the space. Exposed brick and timber lofts get a careful hand; high-rise condos get efficient, consistent recurring service. From weekly maid service to deep cleans and move-out cleaning, our flat-rate pricing means no surprises and no hourly clock.

Around the neighbourhood

Yaletown packs heritage character and waterfront living into a few walkable blocks, and we clean homes throughout it. From the brick-and-beam lofts along Mainland and Hamilton Street with their old loading-dock canopies, to the condo towers above the False Creek seawall and David Lam Park, our cleaners know the neighbourhood inside out. The Roundhouse Community Centre — home to Engine 374, which pulled the first transcontinental passenger train into Vancouver in 1887 — anchors the area's history. Whether you're in a converted warehouse loft or a tower overlooking the marina, our flat-rate house cleaning and maid service keep your Yaletown home looking its best.
